Saturday Weigh In

Hi everyone,

Hope you are getting all your Christmas shopping, card making and the like done as Christmas is approaching.  As I mentioned on my home page my back surgery is scheduled a week earlier than I was planning for.   I can’t say I ask for this Christmas present, but I guess it has to be done.

Now to the weigh in.  This week I lost 2.8 lbs. which I am more than happy about.  I wasn’t sure what today would look like.  I got up and thought it was Friday so I had lost a day without realizing it.  This week my schedule has been all over the place so I suppose I am happy to know my name.  Ok, this weeks weight loss added on to my total makes 21.8 lbs. since I started this blog.  I am very thankful to the good Lord for that!   I hope all is well with all of you!
