I thought I had a post up, but it disappeared. I shall try again to give you my weekly update. Thanks to the good Lords help, I have lost 2.8 lbs. this week for a total of 8.6 over the last four weeks. I am happy because my average is 2 lbs. a week and that is what I had hoped for, so Hurrah!
This is what I have learned. I am mindful of what I am eating by keeping track of my food consumption. No more mindless eating which I am prone to do. You know the old saying about being on the “See Food Diet”, I see it I eat it. Well that diet has to go. Part of my strategy is to eat regularly and make healthy choices. I also keep track of my calorie intake and that is about it.

Really proud of you, Clara – it’s HARD WORK!! You should be proud of yourself, too and give yourself a big pat on the back! Just keep doing what you’re doing – every day – and…you WILL get to your goal! AND – you’ll have learned HOW to eat and track so that you can keep it off!! Whoo-hooo!!!!
